BIG NEWS!!!!

A clock in downtown Braile Heyy everybody! This was a great week with some pretty big news! Listen up!!! Tuesday was a pretty normal day full of apartment runs. We are basically done with cleaning out the apartment so that is pretty awesome! But nothing big happened so that was a bummer. Wednesday was really awesome! We spoke a lot in Romanian which is really the key to speaking the language good at all. We did that and it was really nice and helpful. We also went over to Sora Delia's and that was really awesome! Love her so much and she is such a sweet spirit. We went over her lesson for Sunday School which was about obedience. Later on, we went over to Familia Briscaru which was really awesome! We talked about 3 Nephi and when Jesus came to the Nephites and they really enjoyed the lesson. That family is so awesome and blessed!!!! Thursday we did some weekly planning and planned for a great week ahead of us. We also had a lesson set up with a man but he ended

Keep on Chuggin' Along

Speaking in Church (photo was from a member) Howdy everyone! This week was a pretty long and fun week! Tuesday was my 5 month mark for my mission! That's pretty crazy not gonna lie. I can't believe I have been out of Iowa for that long haha. We had a really bomb English class Tuesday which was really awesome! We had a few new people come and turns out they are interested in religion! Overall, it's 7 people interested in religion from English and Elder Sewell and I are pumped! We might just start a religion class if more people like that are coming haha. Wednesday we went over to Sora Delia's and we had a wonderful time one again. We are preparing her for the temple and she is just killing every lesson we have with her about the temple. It's really cool to see and it makes me really excited to have her go to the temple! Other than that, we were supposed to have people come fix our washing machine, but no one showed up which was a bummer, especially

Another one in the books!

Hello everyone! This week was super lit and super fun! The Iowans! Bowen, Redenbaugh, Sheffield Tuesday was ZONE CONFERENCE! Zone Conference was super fun and super inspiring as well. The main focus was really being tight like unto a dish as it says in Ether 2 . We need to be tight in our schedules, tight with our invitations, tight with our studies, etc. It was a really great and I loved it once again! I also had an interview with President Hettinger and he told me he is loving what is going on in Galati! He told me that he wants to keep me there for another transfer so I can baptize some people before I go anywhere else. That sounded really nice because it shows he is putting his trust in me and knows that Galati has a lot of potential! I am super pumped! Wednesday we did exchanges with the Zone Leaders and I went with an elder named Elder Forsyth. He is an awesome guy and I love him to death and an exchange with him was really awesome. We had some pretty good success

Celebration!!

Sweater Weather! HEYY everyone! This week was a week to celebrate about so listen up!!! Tuesday was the highlight of the week for sure!! We had a lesson with this man named Gelu and it was super awesome! When I was with Elder Dixon, we met this man on the street and taught him the Restoration. He loved it and accepted a baptismal invitation. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get in contact with him afterwards and we dropped him sadly. BUT, he called us this week and said he was super sorry for the lack of communication and he told us he really wanted to change his life for the better. So we decided to meet up and taught him the Gospel of Jesus Christ. And the lesson was absolutely amazing!! He loved it, we felt the Spirit, and we felt it was right to extend an invitation for baptism. Gelu will be baptized on February 24th in Galati and we are so pumped and excited for him. We even called President Hettinger and told him the news and he was just as pumped. It was really an
